Communication Network Solutions (CNS) is a trusted provider of high-performance network hardware and smart classroom technologies. We specialize in delivering end-to-end solutions including WiFi routers, access points, switches, firewalls, PABX, IP PHONES and audio/video systems for modern classrooms and offices.

We're expanding our sales team and are looking for a confident, motivated Sales Executive to help drive customer growth and satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new clients in SMB and Enterprise.
• Promote and sell our core products:

• Network hardware (routers, switches, access points, firewalls)
• Audio/Video systems (PTZ Cameras, SpeakerMics, smart displays, conferencing)
• IP Phones and PABX systems

• Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and client requirements to convert leads into sales.
• Build lasting client relationships and identify cross-selling/upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solution delivery aligns with client expectations.
• Understand customer challenges, suggest appropriate solutions, and assist in product mapping.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve product and service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Confident, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Sales experience in hardware, AV, or tech-related products is a plus.
• Knowledge of IT/networking (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls) is an added advantage.
• A team player with a strong customer service orientation.
