Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads to drive conversions and revenue growth.
Set up and manage tracking across paid media platforms using Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and other tracking tools to ensure accurate data-driven decision-making.
Analyze campaign performance and build data-driven reports, dashboards, and insights that guide future media investments on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve efficiency, reduce CPA, and enhance ROAS through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid strategies.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce and B2B campaign tracking and optimization is key.
Benchmark performance across all online channels and provide advice on KPIs based on performance analysis.
Reporting on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends, and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data.
Analyzing online user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis, and multi-channel attribution.
Discovering opportunities to use innovative methodologies and improve the analytical procedure.
Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid media campaign management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) – E-commerce & B2B experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Management, Marketing, IT, Statistics, or related field is preferred.
Working knowledge of various digital tools and platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads
Strong expertise in tracking, attribution modeling, and GA4 setup – ability to troubleshoot and optimize tracking implementations.
Proven ability to launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns with a focus on performance marketing and conversion optimization.
Experience with reporting, analytics, and data interpretation to provide actionable insights and improve paid media strategy.
Google Ads/Analytics/ or any other Certification is preferred
Strong knowledge of e-commerce and B2B campaign tracking and optimization will be key.
