• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, seasonality, and promotional impact to create accurate sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Operations, and Clients to align forecasts with business goals.
• Identify demand patterns, forecast errors, and anomalies to continuously improve forecast models.
• Maintain SKU-level forecasting across multiple marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) for multiple clients.
• Use Google Sheets, Excel, and forecasting tools to manage and visualize forecast data.
• Provide insights and reporting to clients and internal teams on forecast performance and inventory recommendations.
• Work cross-functionally with supply planners and procurement to align purchasing needs with forecasted demand.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in demand planning or sales forecasting, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, inventory tools, or ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
