We're looking to hire a SBU Head - Stationary, who is responsible for driving business growth within a company. He /She develops a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
Responsibilities:
Create comprehensive business plans that align with company goals.
Analyze competitors, market conditions and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives.
Identify and approach potential clients, distributors and partners to expand the customer base.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective promotional campaigns, brand awareness and brand visibility campaigns.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and contracts.
Work with the product development team to identify new product opportunities and improvements to existing products.
Manage company Profit & Loss in an effective manner.
Requirements:
Minimum 05 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, out of which minimum 2 years of experience at a managerial level.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Hands on experience working with ERP systems.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing or qualification in CIM/SLIM or any post graduate diploma equal to this.
Good in analytical skills.
