Job Description
The Assistant Manager/Senior Executive – Business Operations plays a
critical role in supporting the sales team by efficiently managing sales order
processes, maintaining accurate records of transactions, and ensuring smooth
operational workflows. As part of a software development company specializing
in versatile point-of-sale (POS) solutions for small and medium-sized
businesses, you will help drive efficiency and customer satisfaction through
effective operations management.
Key
Responsibilities
Engage with both
prospective and existing customers, providing support throughout the sales
cycle and offering account management assistance.
Process and manage
sales orders and amendments, ensuring accuracy in salesforce systems and
other relevant systems.
Administer the
database, ensuring that Salesforce and other sales platforms are
consistently updated with accurate data.
Collaborate with
internal teams to generate sales-related documents, including agreements,
service schedules, and contracts.
Act as a liaison
between sales, support, technical teams, and external stakeholders to
ensure seamless order creation and processing cancellations
Handle order
validation, placement, and cancellations, ensuring smooth transactions and
high customer satisfaction.
Manage the
relationship with suppliers and stakeholders, resolving issues as needed
and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
and Experience
A Bachelor’s Degree in
Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or an equivalent relevant
professional qualification (SLIM/CIM).
3+ years of experience
in sales/business operations role, preferably within a technology or
telecommunication industry.
Proven experience in
providing excellent customer service and supporting sales teams.
Strong attention to
detail and ability to maintain accurate records in high-volume
environments.
Excellent
communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to
interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, transactional setting while maintaining efficiency and
accuracy.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office suite, with a strong understanding of CRM platforms
(Salesforce system experience is highly desirable).
