Job Description
This is a
full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer Service Executive/Team Lead for
the UK shift at Exel BPO (Pvt) Ltd in Colombo. The role involves overseeing
customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer
support teams, and implementing customer service strategies on a day-to-day
basis.
