Championing the company brand and maintaining brand consistency across all communications.
Management and evolutionary development of marketing collateral - factsheets, brochures, printed material, flyers, documents, promotional material, property collateral etc.
Management and monitoring of all online information and content – website, digital marketing, OTAs, third party websites, affiliate sites, social media etc.
Development of past guest database to be utilized in targeted email marketing.
Development and maintenance of the monthly newsletter.
Continual exploration and implementation of marketing opportunities which will drive business.
Creating a PR plan and continually finding PR opportunities to increase brand awareness within key source markets.
Maintain and update master media list and build relationships with key publications.
Manage/organize all press trips and maintain tracking document.
Support sales team and foreign PR reps with necessary comms and assets.
Support photography, videography and content creation projects for properties.
Maintain and update digital photography/videography library.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or Communications.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in overall Marketing, Communications, and PR disciplines (4 years for Assistant Manager).
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Experience in copywriting and proofreading.
Experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or an agency background.
Ability to manage a wide range of tasks and responsibilities at the same time.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Experience with property shoots.
A positive and energetic mindset with a ‘can do’ attitude.
A team player with flexibility in working within a dynamic team environment.
