Build strong business relationships with key

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with

Develop and present regular sales forecasts,
reports, and performance reviews to senior management.
Identify areas for sales process improvement and
implement best practices within the sales team.
Monitor market trends and fluctuations, ensuring
appropriate sales strategies are implemented.
Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and
ongoing support to drive the continuous development of team members while
ensuring quarterly targets are consistently met.
REQUIREMENTS:
An MBA or a Bachelor's degree in Management,
preferably in Sales/Marketing, from a recognized university.
At least 3 years of experience as a Sales
Manager.
A proven track record in business development
and achieving positive sales performance.
