Job Description

As a part of our business expansion, currently we are looking for a suitable & qualified candidate for
following position.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations, asset management, and procurement.
Maintain the vehicle fleet and oversee all vehicle-related issues, repairs, and services in a cost-effective
manner, including fuel consumption and compliance.
Manage driver assignments.
Maintain and organize company records and documentation.
Oversee electrical, AC repairs, and general infrastructure upkeep.
Liaise with service providers for maintenance, fuel supply, and repairs.
Ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate travel arrangements for various departments and visitors as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Liaising with the finance division to obtain necessary payment statements and related invoices.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Successful completion of Advanced Level.
Additional qualification in administration (Diploma will be an added advantage).
Age should be below 35 years.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in English & Sinhala (both written and spoken) is a must.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting skills.
Should be a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong set of values
and leadership qualities.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and resilient under pressure.
