Job Description
Communication Network Solutions is looking for a proactive and
results-drivenIT Project Coordinator / Pre-Sales
professional to drive pre-sales activities, solution mapping, and
post-sales support. This role requires expertise in IT networking
solutions and the ability to engage with clients, understand
their requirements, and propose tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will
play a key role in leading sales discussions, managing proof of
concepts (POCs), and ensuring seamless after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead pre-sales engagements by understanding client
needs and proposing tailored networking solutions.
Analyze and map customer requirements to suitable IT
networking technologies and solutions.
Prepare and present technical and commercial
proposals,
including email quotations and solution documents.
Conduct product demonstrations and Proof of
Concepts (POCs)
to showcase solution effectiveness.
Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer
satisfaction and technical issue resolution.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to structure
competitive solutions.
Stay updated on emerging networking
technologies
to enhance solution offerings.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Networking or a
strong background in IT-related technologies.
Hands-on knowledge of networking equipment and solutions.
Fluency in English (both spoken and
written) with excellent communication skills.
Ability to draft professional emails,
quotations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
Strong sales acumen, with experience in
driving client engagements and closing deals.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to
work independently in a remote environment.
