Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Management, HR, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Talent Management, with expertise in training & development, performance management, succession planning, career development, employee engagement, etc.
• A proactive and outgoing personality, eager to take on challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal, networking, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English (written & spoken) is a must; knowledge of Tamil is an added advantage.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and other IT tools for creating presentations and reports.
