Packing Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Packing Executive to oversee the packing process, ensuring that products are packed efficiently, securely, and in compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in packaging operations, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute daily packing operations.
• Ensure packaging meets company and industry standards.
• Monitor packing materials, stock levels, and reorder as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet dispatch schedules.
• Implement quality control checks to minimize errors and defects.
• Train and guide packing staff to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a packing or production-related role.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Additional certifications in packaging or logistics are a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of packaging materials, processes, and quality standards.
• Ability to lift and handle packages as required.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and reporting purposes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or logistics industries.
• Familiarity with automated packaging machines and equipment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
