IT Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our team. If you are passionate about IT systems, troubleshooting, and delivering efficient solutions, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Setup of workstations with computers and necessary equipment.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of computer hardware, software installations and other IT related equipment.
• Assist users by providing guidance on how to operate specific software and computer equipment.
• Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance works.

Requirements:

• Diploma of Information Technology or a Bachelor of Information Technology.
• Understanding of computer, networks and related equipment in an enterprise environment.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of work experience as an IT Technician or relevant position.
• Ability to manage and carryout the works with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in long and odd hours.
• Should be able work as an individual and as a flexible team player.
