Job Description
We
are looking for a Client Account Manager
to join our team and handle our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will play
a key role in ensuring client satisfaction by managing communication, resolving
issues, and overseeing supply chain operations. This position requires working
from the office during the day and being available for US client interactions
at night.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for assigned US clients.
Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, and supply chain
performance.
Conduct weekly client meetings and maintain proactive communication.
Track and report on KPIs such as Run Out Days, In-Stock Rate, and Demand Accuracy (85%+ standard).
Work closely with the Demand Forecasting and Operations teams
to ensure seamless execution.
Identify and address client concerns, delays, or supply chain
inefficiencies.
Maintain client documentation and reports using company tools (Slack,
WeChat, Notion, Google Sheets, etc.).
Upsell and cross-sell additional services to
existing clients.
Requirements
Proven 3+ experience in client account
management, supply chain, or a related field.
Strong communication skills with the ability
to handle international clients, especially in the US.
Availability to interact with US clients during night hours while working from the office during the day.
Proficiency in data tracking and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, etc.).
Ability to work in a fast-paced
environment and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
