IT Specialist (E-Commerce & App Development)

Job Description

We are looking for an IT Specialist to manage the technical maintenance of our e-commerce website and develop a mobile application. The ideal candidate will ensure the platform runs smoothly, integrate necessary features, and lead the creation and launch of a high-performance e-commerce app.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the e-commerce platform runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
• Fix bugs, resolve technical issues, and apply regular updates.
• Improve user experience and ensure payment systems work properly.
• Manage API integrations with suppliers and third-party services.
• Develop and launch an e-commerce mobile app (iOS & Android).
• Synchronize data between the website and the app.
• Create a user-friendly design and smooth shopping experience.
• Provide technical support, updates, and improvements after launch.
• Monitor and improve overall system performance.
• Implement automation solutions where possible.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide user guidance if needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing e-commerce websites and mobile app development.
• Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or custom e-commerce solutions.
• Programming skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, etc.
• Experience with API integrations, payment systems, and security protocols.
• Mobile development experience (Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, etc.).
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design and optimization.
• Mandatory: Fluent English for communication with international partners and working with technical documentation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in e-commerce industry or B2B platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Understanding of SEO and performance optimization.
