Responsibilities:
Be the go-to person for 5-6 key clients, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction.
Build and nurture long-term relationships to maximize client retention.
Develop tailored growth strategies to optimize supply chain operations and drive revenue.
Identify upselling opportunities and expand service offerings for existing clients.
Monitor key performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to enhance efficiency.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and problem resolution.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively offer strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
3+ years in account management, client success, or a related role.
Proven experience managing high-value clients and exceeding revenue targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-backed decisions.
Background in supply chain or e-commerce is a big plus!
