Accounting & Finance Executive

Job Description

We, Your Daily Foods Ltd is seeking a dynamic Accountant – Financial Reporting and Compliance with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience to support the drive of our business growth. The candidate will be responsible for recording, analyzing and reporting to senior management on the numbers aspect of the organization to perform the management decision contributing to the overall success of our company. Your Daily Foods Pvt Ltd is its Seafood and other essential foods supply chain to various sectors in global destination.

Job Responsibilities:

• Record and report: Keep track of income, expenses, and liabilities. Record and report financial transactions, cash flows, and financial performance.
• Audit: Review financial documents and procedures for accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile: Reconcile bank statements.
• Calculate: Calculate tax payments and returns.
• Analyse: Analyse business plans and financial information to help senior management make decisions.
• Forecast: Forecast financial trends and analyse risk.
• Prepare: Prepare costing, accounts, tax returns, budgets, and financial statements.
• Comply: Ensure bookkeeping is accurate and compliant with laws

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field or relevant knowledge and experience in accounting and finance filed
• Experience of one Year.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Fluent in both English and Sinhala (written and spoken) with professional-level communication skills.

Salary:

Salary will be discussed during the interview and will be commensurate with the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
