You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Pipeline Growth & Demand Generation: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that target high-intent buyers and resonate with business decision-makers.
• Content Creation & Strategy: Craft compelling copy for website content, blog posts, case studies, and social media to enhance brand positioning.
• Data-Driven Marketing: Design and optimize data-driven programs to identify and engage key target segments.
• Market Expertise & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research to refine messaging and campaign effectiveness, ensuring a strong competitive edge.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Regional Marketing, Central Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure strategic alignment and impactful execution.
• Campaign & Project Management: Lead and manage multiple concurrent campaigns while maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.
• Continuous Improvement: Leverage analytics and insights to refine marketing efforts, improving performance and return on investment (ROI).
• Initiative & Adaptability: Take ownership of tasks, drive initiatives independently, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5-8 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on field marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing within the SaaS industry.
• Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to use data analytics to drive campaign strategy, performance optimization, and ROI.
• Project Management Skills: Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively.
• B2B SaaS Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes and content marketing strategies.
• Strong Communication & Storytelling: Exceptional ability to craft engaging and persuasive messaging tailored to different audience segments, with a proactive and friendly communication style.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to coordinate and align with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
