Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and a professional property consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling and renting residential, commercial, and investment properties. Yo will act as a trust advisor ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client relationship management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients provide advice on investment opportunities,, property prices.
• Property listing and marketing – Source and list properties on sale and rent.
• Viewing and Negotiations – Arrange property viewing with respective clients, negotiate sale, lease and renal agreements to meet the client expectations.
• Documentation and Compliance - Assist in preparing legal documents such as sales agreements and rental agreements.
• Market Research and Insights – Stay updated on market trends, property values and emerging opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in marketing, real estate related field.
• Good understanding on real estate market.
• Ability to work interdependently and achieve sales target.
