Implement channel sales plans set by management to achieve revenue targets.
Manage channel partner relationships by executing programs and driving sales performance.
Handle partner account management by understanding partner needs, challenges, and goals and proposing tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
Acquire in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions and solutions to channel partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical teams, to ensure channel partner performance aligns with company goals.
Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
Holds qualifications in Sales and Marketing with 2–3 years of proven experience in channel sales or account management in one of the following industries: Wi-Fi and Switching Networks, ELV, CCTV, or Cyber Security.
Demonstrates a go-getter attitude with strong communication and negotiation skills; proficiency in three languages is an advantage.
Adaptable and flexible to work in a dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel outside Colombo is essential.
