Fully or partially qualified in human resources management.
Minimum one (1) year of previous experience in similar capacity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and should be able to work with minimum supervision.
Thorough knowledge in Microsoft Office package and Labour Laws in Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Assisting with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Employee Onboarding: Helping with the onboarding process, including preparing documents, introducing new hires to the team, and ensuring smooth integration.
Record Keeping: Maintaining employee records, including personal details, performance reviews, attendance, and benefits.
Payroll Assistance: Assisting in processing payroll, tracking work hours, and ensuring accuracy of compensation data.
Employee Benefits Administration: Assisting with the enrollment and management of employee benefits, such as health insurance.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
Employee Relations: Assisting with resolving employee concerns, grievances, and providing support on workplace matters.
Performance Management: Assisting in performance appraisals, tracking employee progress, and helping prepare reports.
HR Reporting: Preparing and maintaining HR reports, including attendance, turnover, and other metrics.
General Administrative Support: Handling HR correspondence, filing, preparing HR documentation.
