Conceive and develop efficient and effective
marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage social media platforms to enhance brand
presence and achieve outstanding results.
Organize and oversee advertising and
communication campaigns (including social media, TV, etc.), exhibitions, and
promotional events.
Conduct market research and analysis to
evaluate trends, assess brand awareness, and analyze competition ventures.
Write excellent copy and content in both Sinhala and English for PR articles
and maintain a list of digital publication mediums.
Maintain relationships with media vendors and
publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities. Monitor the
progress of marketing campaigns using various metrics and prepare performance
reports. Collaborate with managers in preparing marketing budgets and monitor
expenses effectively.
Develop sufficient technical insight into our
products and applications to understand customer value needs. Clearly define
segment needs and value propositions to drive new product and application
development processes.
Develop, manage, and implement marketing
strategies and tactics to gain a sustainable competitive advantage (using
4P's).
Assess business opportunities and initiatives
to support divisional growth, including new product development, geographical
expansion, leveraging resources, and potential acquisitions.
QUALIFICATIONS
CIM/SLIM or Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing
roles.
Proficiency in graphic design and Adobe
software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent writing skills in Sinhala and
English with the ability to create engaging content. Understanding of
e-commerce platform operations and digital marketing strategies.
Expertise in social media management and
streaming media channels.
Strong analytical skills and ability to
interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
High level of creativity and ability to think
outside the box.
