Supporting the Salesforce Manager on a Programme of personalization, and development of company capabilities. Working to provide systems for the wider business to achieve its goals.
Assisting the Digital Communications Manager with the creation, maintenance and reporting of Emails, SMS, WhatsApp where needed.
Responsibilities:
A good understanding of CRM platforms and their functionality.
Building audience and segmentation lists.
Assist in the development of group Marketing Cloud Projects.
Build and edit email templates using Dreamweaver and MC content builder.
Building and help planning customer data flows within SFMC and external systems.
Create campaigns and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for both one-off weekly sends and automated lifecycle campaigns.
Work with External Agencies and other areas of the business to improve systems & procedures.
Working with key business stakeholders to ensure all projects meet strict guidelines and stay compliant.
Working with the Brand team to ensure all email materials are in line with other channels and brand guidelines.
Working to bring in new business and optimize current business.
Desirable:
Minimum 2 years’ previous experience in marketing development environment.
A good understanding of CRM platforms and their functionality.
Passionate about customer experience & digital transformation in a data lead environment.
Well-versed in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and ampscript.
Some knowledge of SQL, API work also preferable.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience a must.
Able to work well under pressure, with a high degree of flexibility and fluidity.
Strategic thinker with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
Desire to lead and develop a rapidly growing capability.
Previous experience collecting and handling data.
Good time management skills.
An ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
