Responsibilities:
· Producing meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and delivering monthly, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights.
· Developing conversion optimization strategies with the aim of improving efficiency and increasing ROAS.
· Implement tracking from Google and social media platforms into various marketing initiatives.
· Knowledge of E-commerce tracking will be an added advantage.
· Benchmark performance across all online channels and provide advice on KPIs based on performance analysis.
· Reporting on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends, and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data.
· Analyzing online user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis, and multi-channel attribution.
· Discovering opportunities to use innovative methodologies and improve the analytical procedure.
Key Skills/Experience
· Minimum 2 years experience in the Digital marketing field is compulsory.
· Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Management, Marketing, IT, Statistics, or related field is preferred.
· Working knowledge of various digital tools and platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads
· Should be able to launch paid media campaigns, set up tracking for ads, optimize ads and provide detailed reports.
· Google Ads/Analytics/ or any other Certification is preferred
· A passion to learn and stay updated on the latest trends and technologies
· Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
· A proactive and positive attitude, as well as good teamwork, are essential for this role.
· Integrity, accountability and adherence to company procedures and policies.
