Responsibilities:
Supervise F&B employees and their appearance, handles scheduling, enforcing policies, procedures & standards.
Take orders, serves food and drinks, answer inquiries about the menu and complies with the wishes of the guests, as well as suggestively selling food and drinks.
Supervise the execution of and oversees all F&B operations, ensuring all standards of quality and service are met.
Support training, monitoring and assigning duties for all subordinate staff.
Maintain guest relations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Handling guest complaints and concerns.
Handling the store and responsible for restaurant stock rotation and inventory.
Requirements:
Having minimum 05 years of experience in hospitality or restaurant management.
Diploma or Degree in management. Studied in hospitality management is an added advantage.
Possess excellent customer service & upselling skills and commercial awareness.
Capable to build great relationship with staff and customers.
Ability to think out of box and have great problem solving skills.
Must be resilient and high point of patience to challenges.
Must be a good work planner.
Must be inventive and multi-tasking.
Must have pleasant behavior.
Must be a good leader and at the same time a good team member.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in English.
