Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and selection and HR Business partnering processes
Build and sustain positive relationships with recruitment agencies, professional institutes, and relevant government bodies to support and enhance recruitment efforts.
Collaborate with managers to design and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
Serve as a liaison between employees and management, addressing employee relations issues effectively.
Conduct investigations and guide conflict resolution.
Lead process innovations to ensure the seamless operation of recruitment and HR systems.
Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
Skills and Experience Required
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar capacity.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and current trends.
Strong leadership and people management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
