Project Delivery Head

Job Description

We are looking for a Project Delivery Head who have handled BPM projects and familiar with AI/LLM models, data feeding and training AI models sorts of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as a project manager, managing technical projects from initiation to completion.
• 4+ years of experience managing small to medium-sized projects
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and processes, especially Scrum and Agile practices
• Strong understanding of AI/LLM terms
• Ability to demonstrate the technical feasibility of new projects/requirements.
• Ability to capture and document project requirements, both functional and non-functional, while collaborating with all relevant stakeholders
• Proactive identification of issues and risks with actions to resolve/mitigate them.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with sound conversational skills – listening, asking questions, and taking notes.
• Responsibility and commitment to taking pride in end results.
