Accounts Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team at our Ja Ela Office/Factory.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing CA, CIMA, or ACCA qualifications.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Sound communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS office applications.
• Over 2 years of audit experience will be an added advantage.
  

Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoicing and processing payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow reports.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including the preparation and submission of VAT, SVAT and other statutory filings.
• Collaborate with external auditors during audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
• Maintain accurate records for inventory and fixed assets.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
