Job Responsibilities
Serve
the customer requirement via in-bound and out-bound calls.
Timely
completion of out-bound target. Follow up on assigned customer requests.
Preparation
of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Work
according to shift and roster
Candidates Requirements
Be
between 20-30 years of age
Have
exceptional communication skills. Candidates possessing trilingual skills
would have an added advantage
Relevant
experience in customer service would be a definite advantage. Candidates with
no / less than 2 years experience will be recruited as Trainee Customer
Relations Executives.
Have
the ability to work with minimum supervision and have a high level of
flexibility to work to strict schedules.
Passed
GCE O/L & A/L. However exceptions could be provided for candidates with
trilingual skills and those with relevant experience.
