Job Description

Responsibilities:

Receive rate request from customer (via mail or telephone call).
Take rates from liner.
Send quotation and get the approval.
After confirmation take the booking from the customer.
Get the space confirmation from line and place the booking.
Get the release order from the line.
Forward to customer.
Checking opening / cutoff details and inform same to customer.
Once gate in container get the BL draft from customer.
Submit SI and VGM to the liner.
Send draft BL to customer and get the confirmation.
Once get the confirmation take print outs and deliver to customer.
Request liner invoice and arrange the payment and take BL from the line.
Create invoice to customer.
Send pre alert to agents.
Following up till shipment reach destination.
