Conduct customer visits to strengthen relationships and introduce new clients.
Liaise with shippers to secure shipments, ensuring timely and accurate follow-ups.
Respond promptly and accurately to rate inquiries from shippers.
Negotiate rates with PPL, Shippers, and Shipping Lines.
Proactively follow up on debtors and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments within agreed limits. Maintain accurate debtor status records.
Actively canvass cargo for NVOCC Export/Import shipments.
Gather market intelligence and introduce new customers to enhance market share.
Adhere to company policies and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3 years of freight forwarding & NVOCC sales.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with industry regulations and market trends.
