Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies: Formulate and implement effective marketing strategies.
Create and repurpose content for traditional and digital channels including intranet, website, brochures, case studies, social media, video, and signage.
Develop and maintain project plans with detailed workflow system, tracking status of individual marketing initiatives, and following up with project owners on status and next steps.
Assist with the management of internal company events and industry tradeshows, from the planning to execution stages.
Analyze campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.
Support the promotion of programs, services, and events to enhance the student experience and build the company brand and reputation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field & Masters in any relevant field.
3 - 5 years of managerial experience in Marketing/ Student Counselling in academic field in managerial position.
Proficiency in marketing strategies and best practices
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics
Excellent project management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
