The EAM Functional Consultant Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of functional consultants in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the EAM system. This role involves managing projects, coordinating with business stakeholders, and providing functional expertise to ensure that the EAM system meets organizational needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with EAM, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of business processes in relevant industries.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of the company EAM functional consultants.
Allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members.
Provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Implementation & Configuration:
Lead the implementation of the company EAM system, including configuration and customization.
Ensure that company EAM modules are configured to meet specific business requirements.
Collaborate with technical consultants for system integration and customization.
Business Process Analysis:
Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for the EAM system.
Support & Maintenance:
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the company EAM system.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to the EAM system.
Ensure system updates and patches are applied according to best practices.
Training & Documentation:
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and stakeholders.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement enhancements to improve the EAM system's efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay current with company EAM updates, new features, and industry trends.
Promote best practices and standardization across the team and organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience with EAM implementation and configuration.
At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or team leading role.
Strong understanding of business processes in industries such as manufacturing, supply chain, finance, asset management or others.
In-depth knowledge of EAM modules and functionalities.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in SQL and understanding of database management.
Familiarity with company customizations and extension tools.
EAM certification or other relevant certifications.
Successful delivery of 1 full project lifecycle or completion of individual project phases.
Experience with other EAM systems.
Previous experience in a consulting role.
