Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities
include but are not limited to:
Talent
Management: Lead initiatives in talent acquisition, development,
and retention. Partner with managers to identify high-potential employees
and assist to create development plans.
Employee
Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations
issues, offering guidance on conflict resolution, performance management,
and policy interpretation.
HR
Operations: Oversee HR processes such as onboarding, performance
reviews, and compensation management process. Ensure compliance with local
labor laws and company policies.
Data-driven
insights: Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to inform
decisions and demonstrate the impact of HR initiatives on business
performance.
Diversity
and Inclusion: Foster an inclusive workplace culture where all
employees feel valued and respected.
Change
Management: Support organizational change initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s
degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum
of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years of managerial
experience preferably in a BPO/KPO industry.
Skills:
Strong
understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven
ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at
all levels.
Proficiency
in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
Ability
to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
