Work with the business executives of the designated organizational divisions to understand their HR requirements and offer HR support and problem-solving.
Manage the PMS system by driving goal setting, facilitating reviews, and performance calibration process.
Manage and optimize the HRIS and related systems to streamline HR processes
Stay updated on the relevant employment rules and regulations to make sure that business policies and procedures continue to be compliant.
Analyze HR metrics and provide relevant information and reports for top management decision-making.
Use HRIS tools / platforms including people analytics to infer trends for decision making
Personal Profile :
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related Professional Qualification.
A minimum of 03 Years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
Solid understanding of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
