Responsibilities :
Email management, Calendar management and filtering
Booking appointments with the clients and following up
Recruitment, Receptionist duties, File management, taking minutes and attending to all ad hoc administrative queries and ensuring solutions are prov ided
Database building and CRM data entry and management
Developing and managing social media pages, social media marketing, create and manage blogs content for blogs. • Onboarding clients, Research, analysis and sales follow-ups
Requirements :
A degree in commerce/business will be an advantage
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role working for a foreign client
Experience in foreign customer service
Proficiency in MS Office packages
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work autonomously and with minimal supervision
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Familiarity with Canva, InDesign and other common design tools.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using numerous online platforms for research and outreach.
