Responsibilities:
1.
Partner Onboarding:
Assist in the onboarding process for new
partners, ensuring a smooth transition into the partnership.
Provide necessary documentation and support to
partners during the onboarding phase.
2.
Communication:
Act as a primary point of contact for partner
inquiries and requests.
Communicate effectively with partners via email,
phone, and other channels to address questions or concerns promptly.
3.
Issue Resolution:
Work collaboratively with internal teams to
address and resolve partner-related issues.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
and ensure timely resolution.
4.
Documentation and Records:
Assist in organizing and maintaining
partner-related documentation, contracts, and agreements.
Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
for the partner services team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of
partner interactions and transactions.
Prepare reports and documentation as needed for
internal and external purposes.
5.
Training and Support:
Provide training and support to partners on
using our products or services.
Stay informed about updates and changes to
products/services to effectively support partners.
6.
Relationship Building:
Foster positive relationships with partners to
enhance collaboration and mutual success.
Gather feedback from partners and communicate
insights to relevant internal teams.
7.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal departments such as
sales, marketing, and operations to ensure a seamless partner experience.
Participate in cross-functional teams and
meetings as required.
8.
Product Testing:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
understand product features and requirements.
Execute test cases, analyze results, and
document product defects to ensure product quality, functionality, and
resolution. Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive test
documentation.
9.
Marketplace Event:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and
execution of marketplace sales and promotional events, client engagement,
administrative tasks, marketing initiatives, and reporting, ensuring the
seamless execution of strategies to enhance brand presence and awareness.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication
skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other
relevant software.
Ability to work collaboratively in a
team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to
problem-solving.
