Delivery Assistant

Job Description

One of the largest players in supplying the latest technologies and products to diverse markets in the medical, industrial and scientific, agriculture and water sectors in Sri Lanka. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and result-oriented young professional for the post of Delivery Assistant.

Also, will be responsible for maintaining effective efficient delivery system with the end customer and increase sales volume by timely presenting at customer locations. Responsibilities:

• Total delivery process from dispatch and accepting to invoice acknowledgement.
• Accurately prepare, maintain and complete all the documents and records related to deliveries.
• Develop cost effective loop plans and optimize routes based on urgency and requirements.
• Independently complete assigned delivery tasks.

Requirements:

• Passed G.C.E A/L in any stream.
• Minimum 1 year work experience in similar capacity.
• Valid driving license (heavy vehicle driving lincense would be an added advantage).
• Experience in healthcare industry is preferred.
• Knowledge in diagnostics products would be an added advantage.
• Ability to speak both Sinhala and English.
• Ability to travel outstation and work extended hours.
