To manage quality function and provide leadership to the site quality team.
Lead and develop and implement the site quality strategy.
Lead and coach the site quality team.
Management review of quality & KPIs.
Manage the company’s certification in accordance with the regulatory institutions and third-party certification bodies.
Work collaboratively, negotiate, and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the quality strategy.
Champion quality tools and quality culture within the company and provide proactive input to all departments on quality-related issues.
Manage QA budget.
Manage customer complaints.
Overall Quality Management systems and product quality compliance to applicable regulations and management system certification related ICL Factory.
Requirements:
BSc degree with 10 years’ experience in manufacturing site quality management (minimum 2 year as Site Quality Manager) for a food/cosmetic or a medical device industry.
