Manage Sales activities to primarily promote land parcel development and any other secondary development products among potential investors/developers and buyers.
Coordinate, manage and be responsible for sales revenue targets and achieve identified KPIs/OKRs on a quarterly and/or annual basis.
Prepare and manage the sales plan, programme and budget.
Formulate sales strategies and sales campaigns in collaboration with the marketing and management team.
Establish and foster relationships with strategic partners and networks of buyers/investors in order to fulfil sales targets.
Responsible for roadshow planning and implementation – locally and internationally. Carry out short visits as and when required.
Develop strategic relationships with potential investors/buyers and develop a local and international network and investor/buyer database.
Responsible for managing the respective investor/buyer databases.
Manage and oversee the operations of the Sales Gallery.
Conduct presentations, investment pitches and facilitate Sales Gallery visits for potential investors/buyers.
Conduct and manage market research, analyse data and prepare competitive market analysis and reports.
Review and analyse the revenue impact from promotional programs.
Based upon competitive knowledge and thorough research, contribute market insights to the vision and the strategic plans of the project.
Ensure to maintain investor/buyer information confidentially.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing communications, business or related field
Post Graduate qualification in Marketing/Business Development is desirable.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role preferably in a real estate company with no less than 8 years of combined experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment with challenging deadlines.
