The pyrolysis plant operations execution engineer is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the pyrolysis plant batch reactor. The engineer will be responsible for all aspects of the operation, from start-up to shut-down. The engineer will also be responsible for continuous process improvements, including process safety and throughput optimization.
Responsibilities:
Operate the pyrolysis plant batch reactor in a safe and efficient manner.
Monitor and control the process parameters.
Troubleshoot and resolve process problems.
Implement continuous process improvements.
Conduct process safety audits.
Train and mentor new operators.
Prepare and maintain process documentation.
Requirements:
BSc (Science/technology) graduate or NDT chemical engineering in a relevant qualification, such as cement, Pyrolysis operation.
Minimum 02 years of experience in the operation of pyrolysis plants or similar industry.
Sound technical knowledge of operation processes, equipment, and safety procedures.
Ability to drive the team with safe operation manners to achieve operational targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English language.
Working Conditions:
The pyrolysis plant operations execution engineer will work in a variety of environments, including the control room, the reactor area, and the maintenance area.
The engineer will be exposed to noise, dust, and chemicals.
The engineer will be required to work long hours, including weekends and holidays.
