Pre - Sales Consultant for Qlik Sense

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Cooperate with the sales team to engage with potential customers and recognize their data analytics needs and pain-points.
• Conduct in-depth consultations with customers to gather requirements, document use cases, and identify the customer’s data sources.

2. Product Expertise :

• Up-to-date knowledge of Qlik Sense features, updates, and industry best practices.
• Provide technical expertise to customers and internal teams.
• Ability to differentiate Qlik Sense from competitors in presentations and discussions.

3. Product Demonstrations :

• Develop and deliver engaging product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Qlik Sense.
• Clearly pitch how Qlik Sense can address business challenges and add value to the customer's operations.

4. Proposal Preparation :

• Assistance to the sales team to create custom-made proposals, including detailed project scopes, timelines, and cost estimates.

5. Client Relationship Management :

• Support the sales team to build and foster strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing incomparable pre-sales support.
• Respond any customer queries, concerns, and any opinion differences in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements :

• 5+ years of IT industry experience including 2 years of pre-sales experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
• Exposure on Qlik Sense or other BI tools is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, business intelligence and data visualization techniques.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Solid organizational and project management capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is advantageous.
• Qlik Sense certification or relevant certifications in business intelligence and data analytics will be a plus.
