Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparing field sales plans based on the product, market plans company differentiating strategy and core competencies.
Responsible for debt control and management.
Follow up on-time quotation sending and invoicing to reach on time delivery.
Follow up on leads and work with after sales services to maximize sales, implement training programs and represent the sales department of company in the country.
Monitoring after sales support to customers at a time of breakdowns and provide on-time calibration / service.
Any other duty that is assigned by the management from time to time based on the experience of the business and its development or challenges.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Applied Science, Technological, Science subject streams.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the same capacity.
Hands-on experience in working in export market quality equipment and industrial projects will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical and communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
Posses a positive attitude, hardworking, well disciplined and willing to work under pressure.
Excellent team player with innovative thinking.
Should have valid riding and driving license.
Position involves extensive travelling.
