Responsibilities:
You are required to oversee the daily activities of the property including the entire operations and customer service.
You are also responsible for operating the villa efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction while managing your subordinate staff in the day-today performance of their duties.
Display a pro-active and leading role in terms of service culture, development, team image, systems, procedures and skills development.
Co-ordinate and control with initiative all issues relating to costs, expenses, wastage, breakages, security, grievances and stock control.
Lead the team to deliver exceptional guest service and quality standards, ensure colleagues understand key drivers of guest satisfaction involves the team to develop new initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction.
Build relationships with guests, utilize feedback to improve service and standards.
Lead the team to control budgets and manage expenses to maximize hotel costs.
Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and team members.
Requirements:
Degree or equivalent qualification in hospitality/tourism.
3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
Strong understanding of boutique hotel operations.
Excellent in both verbal and written communication in English.
Exceptional public relation skills.
A good team player and a supervisor.
