• Managing customer inquiries by walk-in, in-person, by phone, or electronically for all UAE
agents.
• Managing customer and/or agent feedback and complaints on a timely manner.
• Developing and maintaining sales reports, forecasts, and sales analytics as per management
requirements.
• Managing the full bookings process including giving complete travel information, making a
reservation to meet the customer needs, taking payments and issuing the ticket.
• Handling group enquiries and ensuring closures.
• Handling inter-company enquiries, express tickets and visas.
• Supporting the marketing and promotion campaigns activities.
Preferred Skills and Experience :
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala, Tamil is also preferred.
• Ability to work on a rostered basis serving global customers.
• A minimum of one year's demonstrable success in a similar role.
• Able to work under pressure, provide solutions to unhappy customers and resolve problems.
• Excellent people management skills with the ability to nurture positive and productive working
relationships with all stakeholders of the business.
Qualifications :
• Diploma in ticketing and reservations, or diploma/bachelor's degree in business, aviation or a
related field.
• Familiarity with Sabre, GDS, KIU, Hit-It or any other travel related software tools
