Job Description
Requirements :
Master's degree (MSc.) in Chemistry or a related field. A Ph.D. in Chemistry is advantageous.
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in chemical testing and analysis, preferably in a laboratory or quality control setting.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in a wide range of chemical analysis techniques and instrumentation, such as spectroscopy, chromatography, and mass spectrometry.
Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and quality management systems relevant to chemical testing (e.g., GLP, GMP, ISO 17025).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
Proficient in using laboratory equipment, software, and data analysis tools.
Leadership abilities with experience in supervising and mentoring a team.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
