Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing and raising service orders for after sales service invoicing.
• Responsible for preparing of working hand document for the received quotation requests.
• Communicating with suppliers for pricing.
• Responsible for preparing quotations.
• Coordinating with relevant engineers, techniques, managers for ensure service report details.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 03 years of experience in related to scientific/medical aftersales business or equivalent.
• Completed certificate course in computer office packages with experience.
• Successfully passes the G.C.E O/L and A/L examinations.
• Possess a positive attitude, hardworking, well disciplined and willing to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
• Strong interpersonal skills and product compliance knowledge.
• Excellent team player with innovative thinking.
