Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparing and raising service orders for after sales service invoicing.
Responsible for preparing of working hand document for the received quotation requests.
Communicating with suppliers for pricing.
Responsible for preparing quotations.
Coordinating with relevant engineers, techniques, managers for ensure service report details.
Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Minimum 03 years of experience in related to scientific/medical aftersales business or equivalent.
Completed certificate course in computer office packages with experience.
Successfully passes the G.C.E O/L and A/L examinations.
Possess a positive attitude, hardworking, well disciplined and willing to work under pressure.
Strong analytical and communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
Strong interpersonal skills and product compliance knowledge.
Excellent team player with innovative thinking.
