Senior Software Project Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities :

· Manage the scope, schedule, budget, and resources of the software projects, using agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

· Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, testers, designers, customers, and vendors.

· Identify and mitigate risks and issues and escalate them when necessary.

· Track and report on the project progress, status, and performance, using appropriate tools and metrics.

· Ensure that the software products meet the functional and non-functional requirements, as well as the quality standards and best practices.

· Facilitate the continuous improvement of the software development processes and practices.

Requirements :

· A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information technology, Project management, or a related field.

· Project management-related professional qualification will be an added advantage.

· At least 3 years of experience in managing software projects, preferably in DevOps environments.

· Experience in managing medium to large scale projects for international clients will be an added advantage.

· A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and project management tools.

· A strong technical background and knowledge of various programming languages, frameworks, platforms, and technologies.

· Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

· A proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented attitude.
