As an Intern in the Academic Operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of various educational programs and initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include data analysis, coordination, and support tasks related to student learning hours, tutoring hours, assessment processes, and more. You will collaborate closely with the Academic Operations team, subject specialists, marketing, and other departments to achieve our educational objectives.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and maintain records of student learning hours and tutor tutoring hours schemes regularly.
Coordinate with the graphic designer to maintain certificate templates for incentive schemes and set them up on the Certifier platform.
Collect student results from tutors and students and maintain data during peak result periods.
Coordinate with subject specialists to obtain assessment papers and prepare link manuals.
Assist in informing parents and tutors about assessments, sending links, addressing issues, and delivering results.
Collaborate with the marketing team to share testimonials and highlight the best performances in assessments and competitions.
Prepare the graphics and manuals required for team initiatives.
Prepare and distribute certifications to instructors, students, and tutors for various incentive schemes.
Monitor student attendance at group classes and send reminders to missing students.
Assist in scheduling and participating in live summer sessions for our summer programs.
Encourage and contribute to creative ideas when assisting with various tasks.
Qualifications:
Education: Completed or pursuing education under an International Schooling Background.
Familiarity with the English language, mathematics, and science subjects. Minimum B or above in these subjects for OL and AL.
Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Confidence in technology and IT-related skills.
Recent school graduate or current student.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and presentation skills.
Willingness to learn, grow, and excel in your role.
Excellent communication, coordination, presentation, and time management skills.
Passion, commitment, and attention to detail in carrying out daily tasks.
Requirements:
Availability for a full-time internship during work hours.
Flexibility to be online on weekends during group session class hours for coordination.
Preferably, no other commitments, especially other jobs, should be made during the internship period.
